Sara Evans Sings At Seneca Allegany Events Center In 2011
Sara Evans is coming to Salamanca, NY and performing at the Seneca Allegany Events Center! Look out Shania Twain, because here comes the beautiful Sara Evans! She is the winner of many CMA, BMI and Billboard music awards. You may have heard her singing such hits as “No Place That Far,” “Born to Fly” and “A Real Fine Place to Start.”
Sara Evans was born and reared in New Franklin, Missouri, and started out performing at a very young age. At eight years old, she was seriously hurt when hit by an automobile and was bound to a mobility device for several weeks due to this fact. During that time, she sang to support her health-care expenses.
Harlan Howard observed her performing his classic “I’ve Got A Tiger By The Tail” for a demo recording and introduced her to RCA Records in 1995 for consideration. As soon as Sara Evans discovered her sound, almost everything magically fell into place. The RCA Records artist’s 2000 recording “Born to Fly” would be a spectacular listening experience, filled with unforeseen textures, innovative percussion and traditional acoustic instrumentation.
Since her first appearance, Sara Evans has sung on albums by Vince Gill and Martina McBride and was the very first new country performer selected by Coca-Cola to create and execute a commercial. It didn’t take very long for Sara Evans to obtain her initial break as a songwriter.
Many of Sara’s songs are upbeat and fun, so you don’t want to miss this concert!
